either表示也不，用于否定句。(too表示“也”，用于肯定句。)
Don’t agree, but don’t argue either.
不要赞同，但是也不要争辩。
neither可以引导倒装句，表示和前面的情况一致，而且前面为否定句。
I can’t ever recall Dad hugging me. Neither did I sit on his knee.
我记不得爸爸拥抱过我，也不曾在他膝上坐过。
其他区别：
either意为“两者之一”“任意一方”，neither意为“两者都不”。两者均可直接修饰名词，但被修饰名词要用单数形式。如：
He could write with either hand. 他两只手都能写字。
You may take either of the roads. 两条路你走哪一条都行。
Neither statement is true. 两种说法都不是事实。
I tried on two dresses, but neither fitted me. 我试了两件连衣裙，但哪一件也不合身。
口语中说me either或me neither，其意均表示“我也不……”，主要用于延续前面的否定信息，两者一般可互换。如：
“I can’t swim.”“Me either.”“我不会游泳。”“我也不会。”
“I don’t want to go to a political meeting”“Me neither!”“我不想参加政治集会。”“我也不想!”
